Pet Policy

Velaris Living is a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per household and pet rent is $35 per month. There is also a refundable $300 deposit per household. There are no weight limits for dogs. The following breeds and/or mix breeds are prohibited: German Shepherd, American Pit Bull Terrier, Husky, Doberman, Mastiff, Great Dane, Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, Wolf Hybrids, Saint Bernard, Chow Chow, and Akita.  Please reach out to our leasing team for questions about pets other than cats and dogs.
